June 9, 2011 - Jeffrey A. Green.  This MP3 recording, which  lasts about 24 minutes, is the first of four segments from a colloquium on rare earths held at the National Press Club in Washington on June 9.  The event, Rare Earths, an Update, was jointly sponsored by GBD and the Trans Atlantic Business Dialogue.  This segment includes the introductory remarks from the GBD and TABD representatives and the oral portion of Mr. Green's presentation.  Document No. 134.

June 9, 2011 - Terence Stewart on Rare Earths, China and the WTO.  This was the issue addressed by Mr. Stewart, the Managing Partner of Stewart and Stewart, at the June 9 colloquium on Rare Earths, and Update.  The link takes you to his oral presentation.  Document 138.

June 9, 2011 - Rare Earths, a Stewart and Stewart Paper.  Like Mr. Stewart's oral presentation on June 9 (see the above link), this paper deals with the intersection of China's policies and practices with respect to rare earths and her obligations as a member of the World Trade Organization.  The paper was released in conjunction with the GBD-TABE June 9 colloquium on Rare Earths, an Update.
